Staff wasn't always around, no phone to call downs my toilet leaked but they tried to fix it

for me the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, but I guess it is the matter of habit.

Room was simple but very clean. The view was beautiful and balcony spacious. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Would stay here again.
Areas for improvement:
The many steps to 3rd floor. However, Bruno was gracious to help with luggage. Everything else was great.
